The Alocasia Baginda Dragon Scale is a truly unique plant, with leaves that boast a textured surface resembling dragon scales, and bright red veining on the back of each leaf. The plant you see in the picture is a great representation of what you will receive.

Caring for this plant is similar to other Alocasia varieties. It does well in direct light, but make sure to avoid direct sun exposure as it can burn the leaves. Additionally, it prefers a well-draining soil mix and requires careful watering to prevent both over- and under-watering. To check if it's time to water, simply stick your finger in the soil and water only when the top 3-4 cm of soil is dry.

While some humidity is appreciated, it is not necessary for this plant to thrive. Keep it warm and above 15C, as it can become dormant in colder temperatures. But, don't worry if it does go dormant, as it will re-grow once the temperature warms up.
