Hoya are semi- to fully epiphytic plants and multiflora is one of the few that grow more upright than vining and twining. Smooth green leaves serves as a backdrop to a spectacular show of reflexed flowers. The floral shape gives this treasure of a plant the nickname "shooting star." Do not remove spent flowers as they will bloom again from this point.
