-How to care for Pachycereus marginatus /Mexican Fence Post Cactus-
Sun/Location:?Mexican Fence Post prefers to grow in full sun and partial shade as a low-maintenance plant. It is important to note that young Pachycereus marginatus will be sunburned by overexposure to the sun.
Soil/Pot:?Well-drained cactus soil mix work well for the columnar cactus. Adding soil with sand, grit, and perlite to create a desert environment. Using pots with drainage holes or planting them directly in the garden is recommended.
Watering:?The soft succulent can grow untouched for decades, so you don't need to water it frequently. Allow the soil to dry out between deep watering completely.
