Papaver orientale 'Brilliant' poppy has exotic orange flowers with a black eye. Hairy foliage emerges early in spring and quickly reaches maturity. Clumps of fernlike foliage and unopened buds are interesting on their own. Flower pods are fabulous in dried floral arrangements.?
